Outgoing Lumbini Chief Minister Shankar Pokharel has said that he is with the people even though he is technically out of the leadership of the state.

Pokharel, who came to Dang for the first time after leaving the Chief Minister's office on Saturday, said this while unveiling the statue of Martyr Netralal Abhagi at Ghorahi.
