Kathmandu: The CPN (UML) School Department has decided to conduct regular classes. A meeting chaired by party president and school department chief KP Sharma Oli in Bhaktapur on Wednesday decided to conduct regular classes for party leaders and cadres on 14 subjects.

Secretary of the department Ishwori Rijal informed that regular classes will be conducted for the Central Committee, State Committee, District Committee, people's organizations, and parliamentarians from September 30. During the meeting, party president Oli said that today's Marxism is prevalent in Nepal.

He said that not only the political guidance but also the guidance to ensure the economic, social, and cultural rights of the people was clear.

Chairman Oli said that Jabz would guide not only the Nepali communist movement but also the democratic movement of the entire country.

Secretary of the department Rijal informed that all the members of the department have studied the training curriculum and submitted their suggestions within three days.

The meeting also assigned Secretary Rijal and member Ghanshyam Koirala to prepare the thematic list of members and expert trainers of the school department.

According to Rijal, contemporary party vision, reasons for party unity and failure, restoration of UML, contradictions, and future, Marxist philosophy and socio-economic transformation, Jabz, organization building and operation, inter-relationship between government and party, KP Oli-led government's policy, work, and achievements, the fiscal year 2078 / 2079 Regular classes will be conducted on policy programs and budget, information and communication, the introduction of Nepali society, cultural transformation, upcoming elections and the basis of victory.
