UML will conduct regular classes

Kathmandu: The CPN (UML) School Department has decided to conduct regular classes. A meeting was held in Bhaktapur on Wednesday under the chairmanship of party president and school department chief KP Sharma Oli has started conducting regular classes for party leaders and cadres in 14 subjects.

Secretary of the department Ishwori Rijal informed that regular classes will be conducted for the Central Committee, State Committee, District Committee, people's organizations, and parliamentarians from September 30. During the meeting, party president Oli said that today's Marxism is prevalent in Nepal.

He said that not only the political guidance but also the guidance to ensure the economic, social, and cultural rights of the people was clear.

Chairman Oli said that Jabz would guide not only the Nepali communist movement but also the democratic movement of the entire country. Secretary of the department Rijal informed that all the members of the department would study the training course and submit their suggestions within three days.

The meeting also assigned Secretary Rijal and member Ghanshyam Koirala to prepare the thematic list of members and expert trainers of the school department. According to Secretary Rijal, contemporary party outlook, reasons for party unity and failure, contradictions and future of UML restoration, Marxist philosophy and socio-economic transformation, people's multi-party democracy (Jabaj), organization building and operation, the interrelationship between government and party, KP Oli Regular classes will be conducted on the achievements, the Fiscal Year 2078/2079, policy program and budget, information and communication, the introduction of Nepali society, cultural transformation, upcoming elections and the basis of victory.
