Police arrest father and uncle for raping daughter

The victim's father and uncle have been arrested by the Parbat District Police on the charge of raping their own daughter.

A 16-year-old girl was raped by her father on April 22 and her uncle on July 7, according to police.

According to the official, the mother of the victim is mentally ill and her uncle is not with her uncle.

The incident is being further investigated and a case has been registered in the district court against the arrested persons, said the Inspector General of Police.

Details of the arrested and the victim's name and address have been kept secret.
