A girl has drowned at Kulo in Bijaynagar of Maharajgunj Municipality-11 of Kapilvastu district. Binita Dhobi, a 3-year-old daughter of Kamales Dhobi of Shivaraj Municipality-11 Thuniya, drowned on Monday evening, according to police.
She died after falling into a ditch while playing on the road. The girl died while she was at home.
