Accepted the resignation of Shankar Pokharel from the post of Chief Minister

Shankar Pokharel's resignation from the post of Lumbini Chief Minister has been accepted.

State Chief Amik Sherchan has accepted his resignation and sent it to the state assembly.

Pokharel resigned from the post of chief minister on Wednesday after failing to "face" a no-confidence motion in the state assembly.
