Resham Chaudhary, who reached the Election Commission to give his identity on the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) official dispute, has decided to remain neutral.  He said that he was in favor of the party and the opposition. Chaudhary narrated the story of Mahabharata and responded that he was an honest soldier of the party. In the battle of Mahabharata, Bhishma said that even though he knew that Duryodhana would defeat his grandfather, he took his side. He said that he wanted to give the status of Bhishma Pitamah to JSP president Mahanta Thakur. He said that innocent people should not be imprisoned and that 'justice, justice, justice is needed.  When he was taken to the commission, a large number of polices were mobilized. He was taken to Dilli Bazaar Jail for identification. Although he was preparing to get his vote from jail, Chaudhary had taken a stand to go to the commission.
