Kalikot: Two persons died on the spot when a mini truck met with an accident at S Mod in Kalikot district. The driver and the owner of the mini-truck (Na 7 Kha 9516) coming from Surkhet to Jumla died in an accident.

A truck carrying an oxygen cylinder for the Institute of Health Sciences Jumla met with an accident at S-Mod in Shubhakalika Ward No. 1 of the district, police said.

Assistant Police Inspector Meem Bahadur Bam of Hulm Police Post said that police were deployed at the spot to rescue the victims. According to the locals, this incident is not new as such incidents happen daily on the Hilamme Karnali Highway during the rainy season.

In this S-mode, the drivers say that it is very difficult to turn the vehicle easily.
