While accepting the friend request from the fake Facebook ID called 'Yo Mayako Sagar', it was found that more than 12 young women from different villages of the district have been humiliated.
A 21-year-old girl from Diktel Rupakot, Mazhuwagadi Municipality-3, Bamrang of Khotang received a friend request from her Facebook ID titled 'Yo Mayako Sagar'. When she saw the sisters from her own village on the friend list, she accepted it as a person she knew. However, due to the acceptance of the friend request of the same stranger, the young woman of Dahal Tharki has to face unexpected stress.
He became tense after he started posting 'sexual' status in the timeline and tagging it by using his own picture and using abusive language. Now, she says, she is being attacked in a way that makes it difficult to walk in the village.
Similarly, another 19-year-old and a 21-year-old girl from the same place are also suffering from a Facebook ID called 'Yo Mayako Sagar'. They have been tagging their relatives using words that tarnish their personal dignity, honor, and dignity by posting a picture of the same girl from a Facebook ID called 'Yo Maya Ko Sagar'. Content placed in the girl's timeline and tagged cannot be read together with relatives.

According to the police, the person who defamed the girl and socially humiliated her by creating a fake Facebook account has not been identified yet.
"Our dignity and reputation are in question. Attitudes from home, family, and society have also become negative. Four young women have lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Khotang on July 29 and 30 seeking identification and action against the person who defamed them with a fake Facebook ID. Similarly, they have also filed a petition at the Police Headquarters, Cyber Bureau, Bhotahiti, Kathmandu on July 27. However, the culprit has not been identified yet.
Chief of the District Police Office, Khotang, Deputy Superintendent of Police Umesh Lamsal said that an investigation has been started into the complaint lodged by the Facebook victim.
