The Election Commission did not provide an environment to live together, I will go to the Supreme Court: Laxman Lal Karna

Kathmandu: The Janata Samajwadi Party's Mahanta Thakur faction is set to go to the Supreme Court.

On Monday, the Election Commission gave the official status of the Janata Samajwadi Party to Upendra Yadav's party. Thakur's side is angry against the commission's decision.

Talking to media persons after the meeting of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, Thakur's party leader Laxman Lal Karna said that he would go to the apex court against the decision of the Election Commission.

He also said that he was giving necessary legal advice in this regard. He said, 'What our law says, his decision is final. There is no appeal because it is final. We are thinking of going back to the extraordinary jurisdictional power of the Supreme Court. There is no condition to live together. The Election Commission did not provide the environment for living together. 34 and 16 were said. You said you are different. Criticism of this decision, we discuss. We go to the top. '

He said that there was no attempt to keep the party united. He alleged that the Election Commission did not provide a living environment.
