CPN-UML Parliamentary Party Deputy Leader Subash Nemwang has said that he will accept the decision of the Supreme Court to restore the House of Representatives even if it is wrong. Nemwang said that the CPN-UML would abide by the court's decision as it has the power to abide by the constitution, democratic values, and norms.

"It simply came to our notice then. But despite this, we accept the wrong decision of the Supreme Court because of its power to believe in the rule of law and democracy, ”Nemwang said. He also said that he would continue to fight following the constitution, democratic values, and norms.

Nemwang said the court's decision raised serious questions. He said that the decision was taken to raise questions on the constitution, constitutional practice, and parliamentary issues.

Nemwang's reaction to the decision

The recent decision of the Supreme Court in various contexts, including the constitution, constitutional practice, parliamentary systems around the world, values, and norms of the parliamentary system, the norms of the independent system that we have rejected, raises serious questions. Such questions have been raised. Questions have been raised so seriously that there seems to be no room for consensus on this decision.

Even though the decision of the court is wrong, we accept this wrong decision of the Supreme Court because we have the power to believe in the rule of law and democracy. And we will move forward by constantly fighting under the constitution and democratic values and norms.
