Kathmandu. The government has decided to give the responsibility of acting chief of army staff to Prabhuram Sharma. The cabinet meeting held on Tuesday decided to give the responsibility of acting chief of army staff to Sharma.
Sharma was currently serving as the Force Commander and Authorized Chariot in the Army. Incumbent Chief of Army Staff Purnachandra Thapa is getting compulsory leave from August 10. According to the tradition of taking leave one month before the holiday, he had prepared to take leave from 24th August.
