Relatives and locals have started agitation to press for an investigation into the incident saying that an attempt is being made to hide the incident.
Locals have started the protest by blocking the highway at Ward No. 3 Jhurjhure Chowk under the East-West Highway.
Media person Pujan Lamichhane has informed that the locals have blocked the highway since 3 o'clock.
