Kathmandu: The government is preparing for a smart lockdown. The Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) has proposed a smart lockdown at its board of directors meeting on Friday. A meeting of the Board of Directors was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
"Where there is a high incidence of infection, the CCMC has proposed a concept that can be stopped by the district or local level concerned," said CCMC spokesperson Nur Hari Khatiwada. He clarified that the concept of lockdown in a scientific and practical way is a smart lockdown.
