Kathmandu: Janata Samajwadi Party executive committee member and suspended MP Resham Chaudhary has remained neutral in the party's controversy.

Chaudhary, who appeared before the Election Commission on Monday afternoon, remained neutral saying that he would not be open to either side. Although the commission reached for identification, Chaudhary did not sign any party. He said that he was neutral for party unity.

Chaudhary also said that he had come to the commission to resolve the mutual animosity. 'It was not my morality to come from prison and sign a petition. My side is also Jaspa, the opposition is also Jaspa, ”he told reporters.

The Election Commission is settling the dispute over the authenticity of JSP today. The commission had constituted a bench to resolve the dispute over the authenticity of the party.

The session concluded the legal debate on July 22 and ordered the 51 members of the executive committee to be present today along with the documents attached during the party unification.

Accordingly, the leaders of Jaspa have reached the Election Commission. Another chairman, Mahanta Thakur, has rejected the petition, urging the commission to stop it.

Of the 51-member executive committee members, 34 have identified in favor of Yadav and 16 in favor of Mahantha. Resham Chaudhary, who is in jail for the Tikapur incident, is a leader of Mahanta Thakur's party. Lately, he is angry with Mahanta Thakur and Rajendra Mahato.
