The National Examination Board is preparing to conduct the Class 12 examination in the fourth week of July. Kovid-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) has given information to allow the examination to be conducted. Chandramani Poudel said.
The board had sent an application to the Ministry of Education two weeks ago seeking permission to conduct the examination in physical presence. Poudel said that the ministry had taken him to the CCMC and that the CCMC had given permission to conduct the examination.
'The decision copy has not reached us. We will come by tomorrow and then we will decide at the board meeting. We will do it within the fourth week of July, ”he said.
As per the decision of the board meeting, preparations have been made to fix the examination center, date and make the examination schedule public. The exam scheduled for June 10 was postponed after the second wave of corona infection started spreading rapidly.
The exam will be of 100 integers
The National Examination Board (NEB) is preparing to conduct the final examination of class 12 at the secondary level this time. The board has stated that it is preparing to make 100 integers this year as last year's evaluation system was not effective.
The board had taken the exam last year by reducing the time and score. The board had taken the exam only for a 40 percent assessment. The remaining 40 percent of the assessment was based on the results of class 11 and 20 percent was based on the internal assessment. The board had designated home centers and conducted examinations in 4,105 examination centers across the country.
