Kathmandu. Employees of Kathmandu Medical College in Sinamangal have started agitation. They have started agitation saying that the services provided in the past have been reduced after the new management came to the college.
According to the employees, the new management has repealed the old staff regulations and implemented the new ones and the service facilities of the employees have been reduced. After some employees were barred from entering the hospital on Monday, they staged a sit-in at the gate and chanted slogans.
The employees have agitated saying that the employees who have completed the probation period should not be made permanent automatically after a year and a half.
