Israel demands 1,000 workers, the department prepares to open ads

Kathmandu: Israel has demanded one thousand Nepali workers.

According to the Department of Foreign Employment, there is a demand for one thousand Nepali skilled workers as caregivers in Israel. Director-General of the Department, Krishna Prasad Dawadi, informed that the advertisement will be opened within a week and a half if the situation is normal as there is a demand for one thousand caregivers from Israel as per the agreement reached between Israel and the Government of Nepal.

He clarified that final approval has been sought from Israel to advertise as per the demand and it will be advertised as soon as the approval is received. "As Nepal is at high risk of corona infection, it is difficult to allow the advertisement to be opened immediately," he said.

Director-General Dawadi said that the agreement reached between Israel and Nepal stated that only 500 trainees would be taken in the first phase.

To go to a caregiver in Israel, you must be at least 25 years of age and under 45 years of age, with a height of at least 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) and a weight of 45 kg.

Educational Qualification Must have passed at least 10 classes and completed 15 months of study in ANMI or CMS-related subject or obtained class 12 or equivalent educational qualification and taken government recognized training.
