Improving Nepal's T20 rankings

Nepal has revised the International Cricket Council's (ICC) new T20 rankings. In the new public rankings on Sunday, Nepal improved one place and climbed to the top 12.

Nepal has risen to 12th place over Ireland. Ireland slipped one place after losing the T20 series against South Africa.

Nepal has not been able to play any cricket since the last time they played a series at home last April. Despite not playing cricket for a long time, Nepal has improved its ranking.

England remains at the top of the new T20 rankings. India, New Zealand, Pakistan, and Australia are in second, third, fourth, and fifth place respectively. South Africa is sixth, Afghanistan seventh, West Indies eighth, Sri Lanka ninth, Bangladesh tenth, and Zimbabwe eleventh.

After Nepal, Ireland is in 13th place, Scotland is in 14th place and UAE is in 15th place.
