Kathmandu. Dr. Sher Bahadur Deuba, an economist working in the academic field under the leadership of the National Planning Commission, a policy advisory body of the government. The world has brought Poudel.

Similarly, Dr. Ramkumar Phuyal and Dr. Dil Bahadur Gurung have also been appointed as a member of the commission.
A cabinet meeting held on Tuesday afternoon decided to appoint the three as officials of the commission. Gurung was one of the members before. They are repetitive.
The newly appointed Vice-Chairman of the Commission, Poudel, had been teaching as a Visiting Associate Professor at the School of Management (KUSOM) under Kathmandu University. He has also worked as an economic advisor to the International Labor Organization (ILO).
Poudel is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Yulens Education Foundation. He is also a member of the board of directors of Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Company.
Earlier, he met the Director of Sanima Bank Limited, an economist of Millennium Challenge Nepal and former Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission, Dr. Swarnim had worked as Wagle's financial advisor.
