Ambika Bhandari, the mother of the deceased Sujita Bhandari, pleaded to find her daughter's killer. 'We went to Ropai. It was only after her daughter was abducted from home that she found out. "I called to save her. We couldn't save her," said Ambika. "My daughter's soul will not find peace until the killer is punished."
Hundreds of locals have protested by sleeping on the road on the east-west highway. Locals have also obstructed an ambulance carrying a body to Bharatpur Hospital for postmortem after a team including forensic doctors inspected the site this morning.The body of Sujita Bhandari was found dead in a bush of Brahmasthani Community Forest, four kilometres from her house on Sunday.
