A meeting of the House of Representatives is being held

Kathmandu. The meeting of the House of Representatives is being held today. In the meeting to be held at 1 pm, Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota will read out the letter of appointment from the President's Office.

Umesh Shrestha was appointed Minister of State for Health on Sunday.

In the parliament meeting, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is likely to present the annual report of the Election Commission 2076/077 BS and a condolence motion on the demise of former MP BL Vaiba.

Vaiba, who had won the general election of 2048 BS from Siraha Constituency No. 5 from Janamorcha Nepal, had passed away on June 6, 2008.
